Lightning Ceremony

Holiday season has started.  At that day Rodeo drive was open to hundreds of spectators for the lightning ceremony. There was a countdown for the lightning of the UNICEF Crystal Snowflake at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and 20 Baccarat chanderiers on Rodeo Drive.

Multicultural Festival

The Multicultural festival was held at the Farmers' market and Civic center.  There were performances, food and arts of several countries.  I heard that about forty languages were spoken in the city, so the event give a good opportunity to know various cultures.

Bem-vindos, Willkommen, Ongi etom, Khosh amadid, Yokoso ・・・.

The Display

I guess that the boutique has noticed my observations.  Recently the display has been changed weekly.  I enjoyed looking at what points they were changed in the display like doing a puzzle.  For instance the left figure stood forward a week later.

Garden & Design Showcase

Garden & Design Showcase was held at Greystone estate.

New designers made Mansion's rooms and gardens look different from the ones last year. They looked so elegant.  At a garden bridal fashion presentation was held.  I had a piece of wedding cake again.
