Beverly Hills 2008
It was lucky for me to have opportunities to attend several events in BH this year. I happened to get many findings during taking a walk, too.
Thank you!

Christmas tree illuminations and decorations were seen around water fountains and steps at Two Rodeo this year. The lighting has just started. I was lucky to find them. You will see a big tree illumination on the upstairs, which I reported about in this blog before.
A holiday classic movie Miracle on 34TH Street was screened at the Samuel Goldwyn Theatre. The 35 mm print was newly restored by the Academy Film Archive and Twentieth Century-Fox. The holiday season is a good time to think about what important is in our life through stories which have been handed down from generation to generation.
"Akira Kurosawa: Film Artist", a public exhibition has been held at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science. It is an exciting opportunity to learn about processes of his filmmaking through his original arts, including pre-production drawings and paintings. I have visited the exhibition again and again after looking up his film productions and watching his movies.
