EvaとBramは、通りの端に風車で氷の上でスケートをしに行きました。それは最後の機会でした。今日、温度は5ºCまで上昇しました。

Eva and Bram went skating on the ice at the windmill at the end of the street. It was the last chance. Today the temperature rose to 5ºC.

重いビールの味がすること

A good friend of me bought a series of very special beers. He planned a special night with friends to taste the beers.

The first beer is the "End of Year" beer from brewery "Het IJ" from Amsterdam.
It was for a long time very hard to get. It was only sold near Amsterdam.

A very good beer from Flying Dog from the US. It is special 20th anniversary beer.







Emelisseホワイトレーベル。それはバーレーワインです。
Emelisse White Label barley wine.

The food was great too. I very much loved the old cheese with cloves. It was a good combination with the fourth beer. It is Rip Tide from the Brewdog (Scotland).

While making several chemicals for student experiments, beautiful crystals were growing in a laboratory beaker.

I was looking for batteries for my photo camera. I noticed a good seller had also filters for my lens. I decided to buy a sunset and a polarization filter.

Overall, I think this is a good filter. It was only 1300 yen (including postage from the United Kingdom).

Unfortunately, there was not a good sunset to test my filter. It works fine I think. Even with a little red glow.

It only works if you rotate the filter the correct way. The scenery looks more convincing when the sky is also red.

それは昨日味わっている毎月のビールでした。寒い温度を与えられて、テーマはポーターズとスタウトでした。

カフェに入る時、私はMug Bitterを最初に(蚊苦しさ)命じました。

It was the monthly beer tasting yesterday. Given the cold temperature the theme was Porters and Stout.

When entering the cafe, I ordered a MugBitter first (Mosquito Bitter).



これらは非常によいビールでした!
These were very good beers!

The beer tasting ended relative early. I went with a good friend to a cafe at the other side of the city center. There was a very cold wind and the temperature was also low (-7ºC). Still it was worth the detour. I was told they had BrandSylvester on cask. It was delicious!

I wanted noodles and tuna. Also we had no chocolate milk anymore. Eva and Bram were out skating. I went on the bicycle to the supermarket. Although a lot of snow has fallen, it was easy to reach the supermarket. First I watched the people skate on the canal. It was very cold and there was a strong wind. This part of the canal was not popular. Eva and Bram were on the other side of the city.

The noodles with egg and tuna was made. It has been a long time I made this. It was delicious. It was worth my trip though the cold.
